1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 288com, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288com is an adult gaming platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any games or betting activities under any circumstances.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 288com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method — Raast and mobile wallet withdrawals are generally the fastest.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

288com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry timeframes and any other restrictions are stated on each offer page. It is your responsibility to read these before claiming a bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer page explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being voided.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, live casino and slots activity on 288com:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 288com does not allow bets to be changed, cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted, except in circumstances where a market is voided due to an event being cancelled or postponed.

In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced due to weather or other causes, standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules or equivalent official criteria apply.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or use external tools to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through such activity.
• 288com reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has already concluded, where the result was knowable at the time of placement, regardless of whether this was due to a platform error or intentional exploitation.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• Any activity that 288com reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or any other financial crime.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed promptly.

Where a breach is confirmed, 288com reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus balances, depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 288com support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all identity and payment verification requirements have been met.

8 Limitation of Liability
